Postnatal Recovery Nutritional Care
I believe food is Medicine. After pregnancy, most families find it difficult to eat nourishing, healthy foods. I work with patients and their tastes and needs, to create meals and snacks that help the new mother (and the partner) rest and recover.
In pregnancy, care should not come to an abrupt end with the birth of a child. I believe mothers are lacking in care, most so in the western world. The whole family benefits when the mother feels nourished and supported.
